OPUS KLASSIK 2022 NOMINATIONS

The album of Dvořák's Complete Piano Works by Ivo Kahánek and the album titled The Art of English Horn by Dominik Wollenweber have been nominated for the OPUS KLASSIK 2022 awards. The music prize, which honors extraordinary achievements in the field of classical music, is awarded in 27 categories.

The pianist Ivo Kahánek has been nominated in the Solo Recording Instrument category and the English horn player Dominik Wollenweber in the Instrumentalist of the Year category.

The OPUS KLASSIK is the prize for classical music in Germany. This year up to 45 winners in 27 categories are awarded by a specialist jury, whose members are representatives from the music and media industry. The OPUS KLASSIK 2022 will be awarded on the weekend of 8th-9th October 2022 in Berlin.
