PAVEL HAAS QUARTET AS A GUEST OF THE CZECH DREAMS PROJECT

Just before Christmas, classical music lovers will have the opportunity to watch a live stream of the closing concert of the 5th year of the pan-European project Czech Dreams from the beautiful Lower Austrian castle Thalheim. You can watch the live broadcast in top television quality on Friday 20 December from 7:20 pm on Supraphon's YouTube channel.

Organised in cooperation with the Schloss Thalheim Classic concert series, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Austria and the Czech Centre in Vienna, the evening will be one of the international highlights of the ongoing Year of Czech Music and the Smetana200 project. The programme will feature Bedřich Smetana's String Quartet No. 1 "From My Life" performed by the Pavel Haas Quartet and Antonín Dvořák's Piano Quintet in A major, during which the Pavel Haas Quartet will be joined by pianist Boris Giltburg.
